is a great way for 5th grade students to start on researching information
about different elements.This website can be used to look at different
components and structures of the elements.
2. Harcourt Math Glossary - www.harcourtschool.com/glossary/math2/ I can't use this resource enough. This math glossary has every key word and component in elementary math standards illustrated and animated. This is a great tool for EL Learners because of the audio feature that pronounces each term so that students can hear and repeat.
3. International Space Station Timeline www.harcourtschool.com/activity/space_station This is a great timeline for youing students as it shows step by step how the space station was built and explains basic operation. Then to enhance learning, it is linked to the Nasa site to describe current happenings.
4. Science and Math Clipart There are a number of places to find clipart for science and math. They are great for websites or handouts.
